In the early 70's when Camp Saint Andrews quickly became more than a "short-lived" program, it was realized that certain rules & regulations would need to be established to keep the foundation of camp consistent. In the 90's, as camp grew in size and more people were involved in the planning, these "rules & regulations" evolved into the bylaws we have today.
